Add To All Skins Bits and marcos, This would help alot

IPB Version: 2.0.x
I need a mod that can add all skin template bits and marcos to all my skins so it makes installing new skins alot easier. and i tried to download the mod "Add To All Skins Bits/macros" on this site but i doesnt work.
