Is there a way to make it so that before a user can enter a forum, or a section on a forum they hack to click I agree to something I want them to agree to. After clicking agree then they can enter the forum. Is this built in IBp already or is there a mod or what?

You may have seen this mod - http://mods.invisionize.com/db/index.php/f/4602. It's for 2.0.* though.

Most 2.0 mods work on 2.1 ive tried it myself...

That looks like thats it.. There arnt too many edits.. Mebey I can "Convert" them to 2.1, thats what I have..

As said; 2.0 mods dont work on 2.1x boards.
Your not really supposed to upgrade mods without the authors permission. Cant help you from here im affraid

Until a mod is created (Programing Requests), or you find out how to do it yourself (Programming Chat might be of use?) .. then ya, its not possible.

Try looking over the code changes from 2.0 to 2.1 and see if you can upgrade for yourself.
