BASIC INFORMATION

I am trying to learn how to make templates, but I cant get the software or hosting to do so the way I want. I need a nice design template to get this site up and running. Please make it as high quality as possible. If I can get any money on my paypal account, I will pay you with that, or maybe even using a credit card/check if I can get one. Please, do your best and take your time. A good example of the quality of the template I want: www.chaosgfx.com and www.dc-styles.com. I dont want those templates, but those are some great quality templates with great color choices. Im not that wonderful at anything but signatures and small web graphics, so i leave this to you. Images : ---Your own Images: I would like to see what you can come up with, you guys could probably make better matching buttons and a better banner than I can. thanks for the links, really appreciate them. I was having trouble finding a free host that supplied Invision Power Board.
