Host upgraded, now an error, Mail Error

When members post we get this message after hitting the post new topic.
MAIL ERROR Could not send the email Failed at 'mail' command. Our host did some kind of upgrading to help back up the sql. It seemed to have appeared at the same time. Can anyone tell me what to do to fix this? Do I need to reupload a certain file? Thanks! |

check your email settings in the admincp

Change it to SMTP from Email Setup in System Settings in ACP.
