I downloaded a nice PHP script which connects to MSN Messenger from bot2k3.com, and got this working in 10 minutes:
 The chances are I won't be able to distribute the script because of legal problems, although I'll contact the original authors regarding it if there's enough demand for it. I haven't put much in, all you can do is grab board stats, but theres no reason why other stuff can't be added easily. Just proves PHP is very versatile, and rapid application development with the SDK is more than possible. Using PHP/SDK you can literally write hundreds of different ways to access your board. The command line interface I wrote, Scyth's IRC bot, the RSS/Atom syndicators, and this demo messenger bot are just a few examples

Dunno. You can pop over to http://bot2k3.bounceme.net and check out the Samples section for a PHP MSN Messenger bot, then it's the simple question of making a few quick edits to make it work with SDK

The one from there is a bit complicated to do, and I have found another one.
