IPB SDK 1.1 has just been released to the IBPlanet Mod Database. The new version features quite alot of code streamlining, a new phpDoc API reference, bugs fixed, an overhaul of most of the examples, and two new bundled language packs - the German one by CirTap and French one by Foxrer.
You can now run SDK without configuration too! The new ultimate config finder will attempt to detect your folder paths, so if you've had trouble finding your paths in the past, try allowing the SDK to detect it. Simply remove ipbsdk_conf.inc.php or don't bother configuring the path. We won't be making this an recommended thing to do yet, as we want to test how well it works. Hi y'all,
IMPORTANT NOTICE The 1.1 release introduced a bug in the create_account() function. This will be fixed and a new download will be available ASAP. If you site relies on this feature, just replace ipbsdk_class.inc.php with the 1.0 version. You do not need to re-install all files! Please note that most examples comming with v1.1 won't work or throw a warning if used with v1.0 as it lacks the new debugging features. Sorry. Thanks to everyone who reported problems, and provided fixes. Updated the file fixing the bugs and incremented the version to 1.1.1.
