IPS Driver error when trying to access "Quizes" in Admin CP

Whenever I access the admin cp and go to the quizes page, it gives me an IPS driver error. Please help

Looks like you might have mad a mistake when you editted the index.php in the admin folder.

Master_Odin, I did as it is the link you posted and it worked.
