No admin session?

For some reason, whenever I try logging in to my ACP, it keeps telling me that there is no admin session. When I check the database, the admin session isn't filled with anything. We just moved servers, so might that be an issue? (I am now using WAMP.)

Does your MySQL user have INSERT permissions?

Yes, it should considering I was able to do everything besides login to the ACP. When I viewed the page source, the hidden input had no value even though it should.
