Putting Logo At The Top Of The Page

Okay, I'm doing this for a friend. We've tried and tried but can't figure this out. We want the logo strip of the skin to be at the TOP of the page and not have some space in between. Here's the forums to see what I mean: http://www.ashtear.net/forum/index.php?

in css stylesheet look for
CODE #ipbwrapper{ margin: 20px auto 20px auto; /* centers the box, no matter the overall width, also applies a 20px gap at the top and bottom of the board */ as the instructions tell you ... the 20px is the gap at top and bottom -------------------- Please do not PM your questions to me, please post in forum and someone will reply, thankyou
