Over 20 hours ago I paid IPB $60 to install my converted InvisionFree forum. It has yet to be done and they ignored all my questions about it. Now I am at the point where I am demanding my money back to have someone do it privately, and am still getting ignored.... what can I do, this is ridiculous!

Within hours, they answered my questions at first, than at about 3:00 est time yesterday they have all been ignored.
