We have recently undergone a series of attacks from "maithor," a rogue user whom steals paypal accounts and purchases files in the marketplace,
We will be implementing security measures to prevent attacks like this from happening including: Preventing users from purchasing many files at the same time. You may not purchase more than 3 files in a 24 time period. We will also limit this to 3 files by IP address , and User Account. We apologize for any inconvience. --------------------  |

Is it normal that. That person asked for like 5 refunds. He got them something like 10 days ago. And now. I got 5 other chargebacks from these same skins and Paypal took $20 + $10 fees

I hope it has already fixed.
IMO , the user should get ban from Invisionize & you should report of him to PAYPAL.
