Skin Importing Problem, only Errors

i have a problem importing skins (err...not only skins but importing anything) due to trying to import the caliV5 skin (but similar problem with anything i try to import...) i get an error message like this: CODE Warning: chdir() [function.chdir]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. Your host is running PHP in Safe Mode. There is an FAQ on this problem here.
