Well, in my opinon: WHO CARES? If hes a newbie, a long term member, a complete dunce or a l33t hacker - who cares? If he/she can do the voluntary job as a Design Team member or as any other job, then leave em off and stop moaning.
Constructive critiscm only You cant moan about Saad being promoted unless you actually have a reason tho. >< I mean how would you like it, if you got a job and a lot of people started giving out about you etc? Its not nice, so give it up and be nice ><Welcome aboard Saad.
