Come on guys. Saad was asked to be on the design team, because that's what he does very well. Digging up something that may of happened in the past is not a reflection on his present good character.

I'm really not here to argue, I just want to know why he was put on the administration team. Could anyone point me to one of his more recent designs?

1: Saad's not on the 'administration team'
2: Skill isn't the only thing needed for staff, for example, someone could have 300 mods in the DB, and never be staff...

Speaking as an ex-staffer...

If you have an issue, do not put it out in view of the public. Proof is very had to come by and if you claim someone has done something without proof you will have your post deleted/removed/edited for defamation and libel (no, not slander... I can't stand people mixing those terms up).

If you truely have a concern, take it up with NicLiew, the Design Admin, or a member of Management. Posting in public will get you no where fast and may actually give you less arguing rights as you come off sounding jealous and like you just want to flame.

Just some advice.

And in terms of skill, that's only one part of the "job." The team focuses mostly on accepting submissions to the DB and moderating their Dept. forums. As an example, aent used to be the Graphics Admin a while back, yet he sucks at any graphic-related work.

Again I say, if you cannot provide reliable proof, drop it. I fail to see why you are so concerned anyway. Frankly, it shouldn't matter. Forgive and forget. If you don't like it, then just don't look in this area of IZE. You were basically told this on IRC.

Some of youou people seriously need to grow up. It's a volunteer position at an Invision Board website, there's no reason to be jealous (Yes, that's what it is). If you have a burning desire inside of you to volunteer, there's always a hospital or library around town looking for someone to help out.

Why exactly would I be jealous?

I'm not qualified for the job at all, I am a vBulletin user and do not own any IPS products (And really do not plan to). Exactly why I went with vBulletin, the community allows diversity of opinion. :\

Then you don't belong here. It seems to me all you've been doing is stirring trouble. If you don't own any IPS products, what are you doing at an IPS Resource site?
