I actually do enjoy the chit chat forums, I mean, I do not come here for any resources, but come here to talk every now and them. I'm very sorry for the way I have acted in this thread. I just have had some unbelievably bad experiences with this person in the past, and just want the administration here to know of what his past is. Congrats Saad. :\ |

I know how you feel. I've had some bad experiences with somebody on the Omega Vortex developement team, I won't name who, but I don't go to their site bashing him for what he did. I just let it go because I know not to let that happen to me again.

OK we get the point, some of you disagree with him being on the Team. So please, take it up with the Design Admin or Management. No "claims" will be investigated here
 So - if we can do what MGM and others said and move back onto topic and spend less time talking about what Saad did or did not to do, it would be great It was wrong of me to bring it back up in the first place, its gone to far and I think it needs to be dropped and taken to pm. So, lets do what we are asked. Post here to congratulate. PM to Admin/Management to moan. Simple.Again, welcome aboard, any new addition to the IZE Staff Tree is always a plesent welcome. I think Saad has the personality to be friendly and assertive and general being good at moderating the forums etc. Perhaps not the best designer, but thats not a major factor. Also keep in mind, Cole, that people change. About three or four years ago I was banned on every forum I went on. Like myself, I'm sure Saad has matured and will continue to mature while helping out Invisionize.

If you believe that our staff has done something wrong or is doing something wrong, the best way to deal with it is not to post publicly about it and try to create flamewars and public arguments. Instead, if they are a team member, you can PM their admin. If you feel you're not getting anywhere with that and the issue still needs to be dealt with, you can PM management. Make sure when you PM admins and management, you provide as much proof and information as possible to help us deal with the situation. Please stop trying to bring it up in this topic, in other topics, and so on. I understand that many people want this job, and some people disagree with our choice, but if you have a real issue with any member of staff, just bring it to their admin or management. Bringing it up in this topic, in our chatroom, and so on is going to get you absolutely nowhere.
