Can you fix my IPMafia Auction Modification?

I have an auction mod installed on my 2.3.6 IPB that is working but goofy. I paid $25 for this mod about a month ago from:

http://www.invisionize.com/market/v-83/Auc...lone--IBMafia-/

But I am unable to get any response from the person I paid for this. If you can help me fix my installation, I will pay you. If I don't find anything that can help me fix it, I will try to file a paypal dispute to get a refund on the auction mod. I like the mod and i think there is great potential but it is a little goofy and I need help with it.

Please reply with what you think about this.

Charge $$ to allow certain member group to pin topics

How much will you charge me to make the following mod.
If i think your price is fair I will pay with paypal. here is what I need for a 2.3.6 IPB...

#1 I need to be able to allow members to purchase the ability to pin their own topics in a certain forum
#2 I would like for the pinned topic to automatically unpin within a certain number of days.
#3 they need to be able to pay as an upgrade or subscription just as all other forum subscriptions / payments are created

I have no intentions to upgrade to IPB 3, so let me know what you think about this request for a 2.3.6 mod. How long will this take and what will you charge me for it? If you know of something similar that can be adjusted to work with 2.3.6, please let me know - thanks

Posts Required to Post Links?

Hi, I am looking for a mod for IPB 1.3.1 that requires a user to have X number of posts before there able to posts links. I believe it will help prevent spam and dangerous content posted if a user has posted a certain number of times, meaning there more trusted then someone with 1 post.

If anyone could please help me with this one I would be so very grateful!

Save as Draft While Replying

We have this feature (save as draft) on PM, so I think it would be neat if we have this on topic reply too.

Basically the idea is to allow member to save their draft before they actually post it. There will be some control panel where all drafts are saved, each linked to its respective topics. If the topic they're replying to is closed/deleted, the draft remains in control panel--and can still be edited. Only that the draft is not able to be posted on the actual topic since it's already closed/deleted. The options are to either abandon it, delete it, or post it on another topic.

Why did I come to this idea?

Because sometimes users are writing long posts (ex: tutorials or stories) and suddenly the browser crashed or the electricity went down. Their long-written posts just gone to nowhere. I know they could've saved it on hard disk first, but I think it would be more convenient to have a personal space on their control panel. Especially for RPG boards, this feature could mean a lot.

So..? Is it possible?
I guess it could be useful.

Tutorials Mod

Moderator-only Panel?

So the panel here can only be seen by certain groups (ex: moderators, admins, or elite members). What I meant by this panel is the one that is shown on every page (topic view, forum view)... something like "Welcome Guest" panel, but this one is for certain member groups.

Here is the example of "Welcome Guest" Panel:

The box will disappear when we logged in as member.

I need such box, but only viewable to certain groups, not guest..

Is it possible? Thanks in advance..

Will pay $40 for mod that selects many posts at once.

Hello all,

I come here with a request. On my forum, one of my moderators thought it would be fun to merge a whole bunch of topics together. We now have a massive 5040+ page thread (yes, that does read in the THOUSANDS) with well over 77000 posts.

We need to split this thread apart.

Currently, the only tool we can use is to select posts, one by one, and then split them off... but for a topic as large as this, that would be suicide.

So, here is my ULTIMATE request:

- a mod that has you select the posts in a topic by post number. For example, if a topic has 200 replies, you can input posts #1-39, select them, then do whatever you want with them (i.e. delete, split into new topic, etc.), INSTEAD of having to go through each post one by one.

I am ready and willing to commit $40 for the task. Thank you!

EDIT: If this is too hard, here is an alternative:

- a mod that splits threads based on page number. For example, if a thread has 200 pages, you can select pages 1-30 and split that off as a topic. Just as good.

Custom Security Phrase Help

(Yes it's me again)

I'm trying to figure out how I would add in a field on the registration page that requires a specific phrase to be given, and if the wrong one is given, then the system denies registration. The phrase would be posted on another location. I'm hoping to do this to reduce if not eradicate our forum's issue with spambots trying to register. We get hundreds every week we have to deny because we use the validation process since it would otherwise flood our forum with spam.

Our forum runs on IPB 1.3, and I've seen another forum do this (they required a specific word or phrase to be typed into a field) in order to register, and it would deny registration if the user did not give the correct phrase.

Please tell me someone knows how to do this.
